Amy Noseworthy
Amy comes to us from Newfoundland and Labrador and is passionate about supporting individuals as they build resilience, adapt to change, and work toward meaningful goals. As a recent graduate of the Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology program at Yorkville University, Amy is dedicated to helping clients navigate life's challenges in a way that fosters growth, healing, and well-being. She strives to create a welcoming, non-judgmental environment where clients feel understood, empowered, and supported. Her therapeutic approach is collaborative and grounded in empathy, incorporating Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Person-Centred principles. Amy works alongside clients to identify patterns that may be contributing to distress, strengthen coping skills, and move toward a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
