Julie-Anne Fiset
Julie-Anne grew up in Ottawa, Ontario, in a francophone community. She completed her education from elementary school through her master’s degree entirely in French. Her education at the University of Ottawa includes a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in physical activity, followed by a master’s degree in occupational therapy.
She has a background as a competitive gymnast, where she trained and competed as a high-level performance athlete, and has been coaching since 2015, working with gymnasts from recreational to competitive levels.
Drawn to the West, she moved to the Okanagan, trading city streets for mountain views. She enjoys hiking local trails and heading out on spontaneous adventures in the Rockies.
Her favourite part of being an OT is helping people learn new skills, overcome everyday challenges, and reach their goals, all while seeing their growth and progress along the way.
