Lauren Painchaud

Proudly hailing from Calgary, Lauren journeyed westward to pursue a Bachelor’s in Human Kinetics from the University of British Columbia Okanagan. She returned to her hometown to complete her Master’s in Occupational Therapy from the University of Alberta. Lauren’s passion lies in bridging the generation gap, as she enjoys working with both the young and the young at heart. When she’s not busy at work, you’ll find her soaking up quality time with family and friends, cheering on her hometown team, the Calgary Flames, and indulging in her love for movies and TV shows.
